Refund policy
You have 30 days from the day you receive your order to request a return. This is in addition to your statutory right of withdrawal under EU law, which allows you to cancel within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags attached and in the original packaging.
How it works
Log in to your account or use the link in your order confirmation to request a return. Once approved, you receive a prepaid return label by email. Print it, attach it to the parcel and drop it off at a DHL point.
The cost of the return label is deducted from your refund. One charge per return, no matter how many items you send back.

Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we let you know whether it has been approved. Approved refunds are processed within 14 days to your original payment method, minus the cost of the return label.
Original shipping costs are only refunded when you cancel your entire order within 14 days of delivery under your statutory right of withdrawal.
Exceptions
Custom and personalised items cannot be returned. Socks and underwear cannot be returned once the packaging has been opened.
Damaged or wrong items
Inspect your order on arrival. If anything is damaged or incorrect, contact us at order@behindeveryathlete.nl. We cover the return cost in these cases.
Exchanges
Exchanges are not possible. Place a new order in the correct size and return the item that does not fit.
