Returns
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return. The return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn, with tags, and in the original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To return an item, you can contact us at order@behindeveryathlete.nl. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return label and instructions on how and where to send the package. The return shipping costs are at your own expense. Items returned to us without prior return authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if it is damaged or if you have received the wrong item, so that we can assess and resolve the issue.

Exceptions / Non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as custom-made products (e.g., special orders or personalized items). Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns about your specific item. Socks and underwear can never be returned when packaging of item is opened.

Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return shipment, and let you know if the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded through your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
